Come in and see us and you won’t go anywhere else! Established in 2013. Dr. Hulse has spent several years as a dentist, both in the Army (in Germany) and as a private practice owner in Tennessee. Being so far away from his family started to show when his 5 children didn’t know their extended family. After some time of fighting the feeling to move back to Utah, he and his wife, Heather, decided it just needed to happen.
He opened Salem Smiles Family Dentistry in March of 2013. Dr. Hulse wanted his clinic to be a one stop shop for all the family’s dental needs, so he found Dr. Brad Dawson, who is both a licensed Pediatric Dentist as well as a Board Certified Orthodontist. Dr. Brad comes to Salem twice a month to help the families in South Utah County. Being a dentist in the Army provided Dr. Hulse with many abilities and services that most dentists are unable to provide. He is proficient in many areas of dentistry. With a great pediatric section and things to help entertain the kids, our clinic is sure to please.
