This flexibility saves you time and keeps your total dental care within one practice. Established in 1990. Dr. Kelly Faddis received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Creighton University. He has been providing quality dental care since 1990. He is also the forensic odontologist for the state of Utah, working closely with law enforcement and the medical examiners office.
