- Practice History Established in 1993. Our office opened in 1993 in as a small part time office with three treatment rooms. Shortly thereafter we went full time five days a week. In 2002 we moved "around the corner" to our present location near Safeway that allowed us to expand to six operatories. We have been thrilled over the years as our practice has grown and enjoy serving the Pinnacle Peak community.
