Specialties: Dental Design SD is a boutique dental practice in San Diego, and is owned and operated by Dr. Kathrina Agatep. We are located in the Sorrento Valley neighborhood of San Diego, next to Qualcomm, Dexcom, Google, and Arris. In addition to general dentistry, we specialize in the treatment of TMJ pain and Pinhole surgical technique for gum recession. Established in 2009. Dr. Agatep graduated from NYU College of Dentistry in 2003 and had practiced in New York and Silicon Valley before finally settling in San Diego.
Dr. Mimi Tran is a San Diego native and graduated from the University of the Pacific in San Francisco. She practiced in Los Angeles for several years before moving back home to join Dental Design SD.
