Specialties: Dr. Paul Koch has been a practicing dentist since 1989. For the past ten years, he has maintained a private Birmingham dentist office dedicated to aesthetic and implant dentistry in Birmingham, Alabama. The practice is locally known as “The Dental Spa.”
Dr. Paul Koch received a doctorate of dental medicine from the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry where he graduated third in his class and received the American Association of Endodontics Achievement Award, the Prosthetics Society Achievement Award, and Clinical Production Awards. He also received a certificate of Oral Implantology from Loma Linda University. Established in 2000. Dr. Paul Koch graduated from the Medical College of Georgia in 1989, and immediately began to pursue his passion, appearance-related dentistry, with a primary goal of being able to offer services that could help a person feel better about the health and aesthetics of their smile and mouth, as a whole. He spent several years also pursuing a certificate in a hospital-based program based in Loma Linda, California to learn how to plan, place, and restore dental implants as a means of replacing missing teeth. He has participated in two Birmingham Makeovers with a team of like-minded individuals as the group’s Cosmetic Dentist. The practice has been featured on numerous shows, including Talk of Alabama and Fox’s Ambush Makeover.
