As a pediatric dentist, his 4 years of additional training after dental school has prepared him for the unique dental needs of each child he serves. He focuses on preventive care to help each child grow a healthy smile that will last a lifetime. His office serves infants, children, teens, and children with special health care needs on the Big Island. Dr. Matt practices at Hawaii Family Dental Center which is conveniently located across the street from Safeway in Kailua-Kona. Established in 2017. “Dr. Matt” is Kona’s only private practicing, board certified, pediatric dentist. Dr. Matt sees newborns through teenage patients. His number one priority is providing the highest quality dentistry in the safest, most comfortable possible setting for your child. Parents are always welcome to be with their child at all times during their child’s dental visits.
Dr. Matt offers cosmetic dental services for parents that do not want stainless steel crowns tarnishing their child’s beautiful little smile. You will not find a more dedicated, compassionate, informed, or qualified pediatric dental provider on the island.
