Established in 1988. Dr. Lance Fallin and Dr. Shelly Fallin moved to Zachary, LA and we opened our private dental practice in our current location. From our humble beginnings in 1998, in which we had a small office, we have grown immensely. We completed our first addition and renovation in 2003 and completely reworked the office in 2013. We love that we can see patients of all ages under one roof, and our patients do as well.
