Ault was born and raised in Indiana, attended college and Dental School at Indiana University, and practiced dentistry for 4 years in Cadillac, Michigan, then in Los Angeles while living in Chatsworth, California. He moved to Hawaii in 1992 to practice 2 years on Maui. In 1994, Dr. Ault bought the practice in Kona on the Big Island where he continues to serve patients through the practice today in conjunction with Dr. Ray Alsaadi.
